My interview process lasted about a month. First, I had an initial HR interview. A few days later, I was invited for the 2nd interview with the HR business partner and manager. A week after that, I received an invitation for a 3rd interview with a higher-level manager. About 10 days later, I received the offer, which I accepted. As for the interviews themselves, they focused on explaining the position, benefits, and working conditions, as well as getting to know me, discussing my experience and my competencies. The interviews were pleasant, and my experience has been positive.

The whole recruitment process was absolutely smooth one of the best experiences I've had. I was always kept in the loop and the whole process took less than 2 weeks, resulting in a generous offer.
