Went through a (very) long interviewing process, with 4 technical interviews, 2 culture interviews and HR support. The process was just too long - There was a day I did a technical interview (python, SQL), then talked with the CDO, then talked to the CTO who asked for a near technically impossible task, live. The HR was pleasant to deal with, but overall technical bar too high. They also offered me a terrible salary once I live in LATAM (30k for a Data Engineer) - This offer came in the 4th interview only. Spent too much time, did great on the technical and culture tests, but not so great with the CTO. Later they offered me a non-technical, customer service job (??).
