I applied for position of Operations Manager. Interviewed with recruiter, took personality/skills test. Interviewed with Office Manager and Lead Ops Manager. Office manager had no idea what my skills set was- he clearly did not review my resume or test exults. Ops Manager was matter of fact- not personable.
