I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to set up a lunch with one of the owners. The owner seemed like a wonderful, intelligent person - our interview was a very pleasant conversation. In the end, we both agreed that I was overqualified for the position, but if I weren't, I could easily see myself working there - he seemed like a great mentor, very experienced, and very humble - all good signs in my book.
