We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. Regardless of our decision, we try to guarantee all our applicants a fair, structured but above all appreciative and positive process. This includes asking all applicants the same questions, giving the same information about the team and the work, and using an assignment to also assess your professional skills as objectively as possible. I am sorry that the task made you feel that we were not assessing you as a person. But I want to assure you that it is only one part of the overall assessment, which is of course about the person.
I also sincerely apologize to you for the long time you had to wait for our feedback. This is not the standard we set for ourselves and we are currently revising our processes to ensure this does not happen to us in the future.
