Went through three rounds of interview to get them to a “final interview” where I had an additional five interviews ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. Then never a heard a word back from them. I tried contacting the recruiter multiple times for a few weeks after and never heard a word. After a month I just gave up. Completely ghosting a candidate after what you call a “final interview” is flat out unprofessional and inexcusable
