I had multiple phone interviews, beginning with HR. I spoke to a, I believe, a Director then a VP (it's been a while sine the interviews) and was encouraged since they told me they wanted to bring me in for a face-to-face interview. I sent thank you emails and after a couple weeks of no contact started calling the HR rep as well as emailing. I never heard back from anyone. I went to the career website and found my submission updated as "Reviewed; Not Selected". I was never given the courtesy of a call or even and email. Rejection is part of life and there's nothing wrong with communication. While I like the company's products and innovation, their HR skills and candidate disrespect make me question what working for them would be like.
