Lazy interview process where they expect you to do a 45-minute online assessment, including video answers, without even giving you a phone call first, I immediately checked their reviews and, to no one's surprise there are other complaints about that approach.

Apparently, the Code Gorilla "interview" not only includes technical questions and code challenges, but they also ask record your answers on video, I was baffled by how lazy this is.
