Entretien
Initially, applied online for the position, SAP pre-sales graduate academy, was contacted within two days to confirm my legality to work in the country of application and the details in the CV. After that I was scheduled for a phone interview which was to last thirty minutes but only took 12 minutes. The interview centered on my experience and was asked what I would have done in case the position never came along. I was shortlisted for a second interview that lasted forty minutes. This was more technical asked about my experiences and what I knew about SAP. The second interview was via Skype with the pre-sales manager, she was polite and very friendly. I made it to the final interview which was at their premises and entailed a short presentation on any topic of choice and then technical questions on what I knew from the SAP portfolio. After that I was called for a final interview that asked normal HR questions like what motivates me, what did I expect from the company and where I saw myself in three years.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Do you know R? (A statistical and mathematical modelling language) I did not know it and the interviewer directed me to read about it.
Process consisted of a 15-30 minute phone screening, 45 minute phone interview with talent acquisition manager, and then an in-person interview.
The initial phone screening was just to discuss your resume, qualifications, and interests in the program. Pretty smooth.
The second phone interview was a little more difficult. It consisted of another resume/qualifications conversation, but more in-depth questions were asked. Behavioral questions were also asked to understand and identify your possible fit with the company.
The in-person interview occurred at one of their offices. There was a panel style interview and another 1:1 interview. You were also asked to make a presentation to the panel before your interview began. Behavioral and Technical questions were asked based on your background, but it was not extremely difficult.
