The hiring process at SAP is mix of formal and informal interviews . I talked to both panels of interviewers who asked about my past experiences and also folks took me to informal lunch and coffee where they tried to find out more about what I want , what will be a good role for me , etc

Describe the end to end procurement and order management process at 2 of the clients you have worked with earlier - in SAP end to end is truly end to end since the folks at the interview know each and every node in the business process
one interview with the hiring manager that asked me why i want to work there and the basic questions of an interview. He was friendly and the whole procedure was very smooth and enjoyable.

Call with HR, call with hiring manager, panel interview with team members, 2nd panel interview with different team members, weeks of no contact, then.....no information whatsoever. Highly unprofessional for such a 'great' company to treat prospective candidates.
