J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SAP en déc. 2016
Entretien
The recruiter set me up for an in person interview the day after I applied. Then I sent her a list of questions and she didn't reply until the night before my interview, claiming she missed my email.
There were two interviews of one hour each with some white boarding questions and past experience questions. The first interview was OK but the second was horrible. The interviewers were snobby and disinterested. One of the managers seemed like a real ball breaker. Thanks but no thanks. I've worked in places like that before. It wouldn't work out for me.
To put a nail in the coffin the recruiter sent me an email saying they'd be sending me an offer and then tried to withdraw the email. I tried calling her and leaving messages and sending emails but she didn't reply for a week when she finally told me they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. Very unprofessional.

J'ai passé un entretien chez SAP (Walldorf, Baden-Wurttemberg)
Entretien
The SAP interview process included an initial screening, technical discussion, problem-solving questions, experience-based conversations, and behavioral assessment, followed by an opportunity to discuss role expectations and ask questions with interviewers.
Interview process was okayish, focused on candidates with AI and RAG skills, if you have built projects you have a chance, otherwise you may be rejected after the online test.
It is an in-person interview, which was smooth and conversational. We discussed my background, reviewed my work, talked through role-related questions, and ended with a clear sense of the team, expectations, and next steps.
