Disorganized interview process. Recruiter wasn't reliable and gave vague and incorrect information on what the interviews would be about. It was clear in subsequent interviews that the interviewers didn't really have a plan. The third interview was very much a repeat of the second interview. Company ghosted me after the third interview.
