A recruiter texted for me to call then scheduled 3 interviews on the spot. I had 3 very strong and positive interviews with team and manager. Recruiter was unorganized, absent, no communication, no responses. They never discussed salary, but I found out from the manager recruiter made up a number I was going to accept. No where close to my pay range. I was told I would hear by the end of the week. A month passed since first contact and after direct follow up with the manager this time, I got a generic "thank you for your interest but we decided to go a different direction" from the recruiter later that day. No feedback no personal communication at all. Most unprofessional experience

30 minute interview that was not very difficult for the position I was applying for. Very standard interview questions were asked. I met with the Senior Logistics Manager as well as the 2nd shift supervisor.
