My interview process was fairly easy. My soon-to-be boss kept in contact with me all week up until my interview day, and he was waiting for me in the lobby when I got there. I dressed just like anyone would trying to get a job, which was slacks and a tie. My interview lasted maybe 15 minutes and the other 15 minutes was my interviewer just learning about me, which is always a good thing.
