I was reached out to by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn. It was a long process as I wasn't initially interested in the position. The recruiter continued to keep me updated and when I was ready to speak, made the process as easy as possible. A few short phone calls, skypes and then two on-site interviews later I had the offer. The recruiter kept me informed along the way and answered all of my questions (which were especially annoying after I had the offer in hand). If she didn't know off the bat, she knew who to go to and make sure we got in touch. Very professional, pleasant experience.
