I interviewed for 9 months. I had 7 interviews during this time. After my initial interview, I would have another interview every 4-5 weeks later. I kept receiving calls from Resmed's TA letting me know that they were still interested in me moving forward with the interview process. Initially, I thought that was a good thing. I stopped reaching out because it wasn't going anywhere, but they kept reaching out to me which gave me hope. They kept dangling this carrot over my head for MONTHS! However, I guess they were just using me to test their skills of how long they can lead a candidate along until the candidate gives up. I reached out one last time, and I was told they were taking the position in another direction. It took 9 months to make that decision, and when was anybody going to tell me? It's really unfortunate that these companies drag out the interview process (with no end in sight).
