Contacted pretty quickly, went through basic about you questions. Was told she will meet with the team and will call back. I received a call back that they have candidates with better experience and will be moving forward with them. Imagine my surprise when the job was posted and shared by said recruiter just yesterday. Don’t lie to your interviewees. It makes your company look bad.
