Had a 1:1 process with the Hiring Manager, and first of all they want to talk about my experience, and the second part is giving me a rough idea of what they trying to do next step at Reddit, also asked me to ask questions.

I was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks after applying and scheduled a 30 min video call with the design manager. Interviewer was nice, but 5 mins late, and we had some technical issues near the end, so we only had about 20 mins to actually talk. That's simply not enough time to interview for a role at this level. I was told a portfolio review would come next, but I didn't move on to that step. The recruiter sent a personal email letting me know this, which was much appreciated, but it's still frustrating to be denied after such a brief conversation.
