After going in twice and calling once, they finally asked me to come in for an interview. I went in wearing dress pants, a dress shirt, and a dress belt + dress shoes.
There were 2 interviews: 1 with one of the supervisors and 1 with the main manager.

Questions asked were "Tell me about you.", "Why Red Robin?", "What is your favorite item served here?", "As a server (previous experience question), how did you connect with guests?", "What would your best critic and worst critic say about you?".

I interviewed with two different managers, both of them emphasize it being very competitive. Basically just asking for serving experience and if I am able to upsell guests other than that and the red flags I'd say it's easy with experience.
Two person interview, very chill, simple basic questions and I felt very comfortable with them talking and doing the interview with me. It was super easy to get an interview, they called me.
