All behaviorial questions: Why Raymond James, can you explain what the main function of the department is, etc. Raymond James has a heavy focus on giving back to the community, especially with Raymond James Cares Month, so be sure to highlight volunteer and community engagement during the interview.

Very quick. I believe I only had 3 rounds with the first one being a phone call then two video interviews with others. They did not drag the process out like others

First round telephone motivational/fit interview with external recruiter, second round technical video interview with recruiter. Then a meet the team networking event, followed by Assessment Centre and offers. Friendly and down to earth team throughout the process, would recommend.
