Entretien
It begins with a telephone interview l, then an assessment day at the head offices. There were several parts to the day, including group activities designed to require leadership skills, and individual interviews, lasting roughly an hour. I was infoemed of their decision within two weeks of the assessment day.

Entretien
Full day assessment including a team work activity (build a bridge with newspaper), 2 group discussions about possible situations one might encounter as a team leader, and one planning session where we planned a days activities for a hypothetical project. Then there were individual interviews lasting 45 minutes to an hour. Whilst others were in interviews, the rest of the group worked on producing a video explaining how to use a 'tippy-tap'. The whole process was very informal and friendly, with lots of breaks for tea and a free lunch.
