J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Quantcast (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2016

I was referred by a friend in SF. I was offered to continue the interview for a position in London because of a Visa issue. After a cheerful meeting with the recruitment team i was asked to do a programming challenge. It was about solving a puzzle, and i was given 4 hours to solve it on my own time. I tried to be strict on the timing, ended up logging my breaks and the time i worked on and included in the project i sent them. After evaluation of the project, i received a positive feedback to move on to face-to-face interviews. I was invited to the London Office. We had 1:1's with 2 managers about my background and about programming approaches. These were quite casual talks. After these i was interviewed by two engineers separately.

A Code Test,
I didn't notice they wanted more structure or testing or mainly algorithms.
I think as part of the code test is always important to mention what is the key important things for the interviewers.
Perhaps the interview to interview is so different, seems like a capable person might just miss an interview because he hasn't done an interview for couple of years.

Recruiter had a call me with me first.
After that I was shared a take home assignment. Once that is cleared they have a follow up technical interview on the take home home assignment.
Got rejected after that, not sure of the reason of rejection as interview went fine.

The process was pretty standard. 1 phone call to explain the process, 1 coderpad and then onsite which had 4 rounds. Heavily inspired by Amazon SDE interview. Everyone from HR to employees who took the interview were really nice. Treated with lot of respect and but all of them were very curious on why I was leaving my old firm.
