I had a phone interview for this position. I was not selected to come interview in person, which was going to be a 2 day process - one day in Texas, one in Georgia at R&D center. I did not have enough customer experience for the job. They wanted a technical person (engineer) with lots of customer experience but did not want a typical sales guy. The job was also going to have a lot more travel than I wanted, so I was glad not to be asked back.
