Good interview with HR first as a first contact. Then when everything is good they send you a codingame test for frontend dev and then contact you if everything is ok

Intial interview with Recruiter. Next an interview with a BU-Manager and a 3rd one with a "validator" who was a current employee in a similar function. All of this happened really fast because I asked for it. Really happy that they were able to go from Interview 1 to offer in a very short timespan (1 week).

An interviewer reached out via LinkedIn for a potential job as Business Manager. During the interview the questions were quite average. During the conversations I got a rather corporate vibe from the HR Recruiter, when asking about the fact to pass by the office to see how the culture was within the company - this was not possible. So in my eyes this is a rookie mistake anno 2022 because people chose a job for the culture and job content.

Eerste contact verliep via LinkedIn, kort erna werd er een eerste kennismakingsgesprek vastgelegd. Een tweede gesprek bestond uit een technische validatie met een expert binnen het bedrijf. Na feedback hierop volgde opvolging en een gesprek waarbij de voorwaarden werden voorgelegd. Ik kreeg ook de opportuniteit om het team te ontmoeten op een bedrijfsdrink.

A first call, then a longer call for detailing profile review. The issue is that they cancelled the meeting without notifying me, after the supposed time of the meeting. Then the pretended a management issue, and did not even bother to apologize for the cancellation.

Entretien RH suivi d'un entretien avec business manager. Personnes très bienveillantes qui insistent bien sur l'évolution du collaborateur. Des tests techniques ont aussi du être réalisé sur une plateforme spéciale.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch war sehr gut und fair organisiert. Es gab zunächst ein Gespräch mit dem Manager und Business Manager und anschließend ein Tech-Call. Auch die HR Manager war sehr freundlich und schnell. Das gesamte Verfahren hat vielleicht mal eine Woche gedauert.

The first couple of conversations with the recruiter were very pleasant and gave me a good impression of the company. The interview with a team member was unfortunately quite a negative experience - I felt bombarded with questions and I had very little chance to ask my own. I felt from the start of the interview was already convinced I wasn't right for the job and so it was a waste of my time. Fair enough, a consultant role is tough and you can expect a grilling, but it felt a bit excessive! I wasn't particularly surprised that they ghosted me afterwards.

Ein Anruf mit einem recruiter, dann einen Entwickler. Mir wurde gesagt ich höre in 1-2 Tagen von ihnen und wurde dann geghosted. Das interview war nicht schwer, nur hatte der interviewer selbst komplett andere Erfahrungen als ich. Sehr komische Wahl. Positiv wohl nur im Namen.
