Amazing process through an employment agency first. The process was very quick and everyone’s was extremely friendly! I was surprised how transparent they were about the position and how organized the process was!

After receiving your resume, they will contact you for a one on one interview in the STAR format. The interviewer was personable, I thought it went well. Did not receive an internship offer despite performing well.

Comfortable and casual; initial call with HR, second round with someone in Marketing , then third and final round; standard questions but know the industry—one harder question was "Powersports is an industry that actually saw growth during COVID, what is another industry that has seen similar success despite COVID?" Everyone was interested in me and fun to talk to overall. Obvious passion within the company

There were two phone interviews, both with a panel of 2-3 engineers or a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral questions and trying to determine what I wanted out of the internship. Also very informational describing what the work environment and day to day like is like.

2 over the phone interviews. very easy and casual. my interviewers were very friendly. positive experience. i had connections that seemed to help me. i have accepted the offer and am working there this summer

it was 2 round, each round consists of 3 people from various departments. I was advised by the HR that they will provide me with business case however they never did. Accordingly, they just decided to go on with the rounds and put the blame on me.

There were two rounds . First one was programmed through a software, I have to record the answers and send them. And second one was technical Skype interview about experience and some technical questions.

I filled out an application online and received an email to complete an online assessment. After a couple of days received another email about setting up an interview the next week. Interview was easy, was told to wait for an email about going for a drug test and training. So as of right now waiting on the email.

Cleared 1 round of discussion. After that another telephonic technical round was supposed to be scheduled. However I did not receive call from Technical panel and interview was re-scheduled 5 times without giving any reason. Multiple HR called multiple times and asked me how many rounds I cleared, they congratulated and confirmed for telephonic discussion 5 times. Sixth time HR called and was shameless to repeat the same story. HR was so rude as if she is doing favour to me.
