Next to nothing, manager called me in had me fill out employee papers and got to work the next day. several people quit the day before needed more hands on deck. didn't give any kind of oral interview.

Very professional and manager was calm and inviting he was sympathetic about me wanting to start my first job, we really connected because his first job was at Pizza Hut as well
