Entretien
Submitted Resume Online and spoke to the recruiters on campus. Received a First Interview that was 45 minutes long and completely behavior based. Second (Final Interview) was in Bartlesville, Oklahoma they fly you out there and the final interview is as follows: Dinner first night with New-Hire employees. Next is 3-Behavior Based Interviews the next morning followed by a tour of the facilities and the town. Finally you have a lunch with different New-Hire employees. The entire process was less than 2 months (was concluded by end of October).

All behavior based questions just look online and you will find several examples.
Ex: Tell me about a time you had to weigh pro's and con's and how did you make that decision? (1st Interview Q)
One interview with 2 people. Had to answer several behavioral questions. Pretty easy questions however some of them were confusing. Had to ask to repeat them a couple of times.

Tough, asked many behavioral questions. Met them at career fair and then was emailed about setting up an interview on campus. Ended up not getting the offer but was a learning experience

STAR method of interviewing. All questions that say "Tell me about a time you____". If you aren't prepared then it will be hard. Make sure to have leadership and team work stories ready to craft around the question.
