It was so haphazard. They didn't have questions prepared. For a SAAS selling "candidate experience" and "complete talent experience management"... it was just a bad joke. Double servings of irony.
They told me they'd get back to me in 1 - 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I messaged them and they told me they would not be progressing with the interview.
So very flaky, disorganised and disappointing.
