Contact by HR first and the HR was nice,; relaxe atmosphere during the interview. Didn't well prepared for this but the process is okay. The reply is quick, within the normal response time, around 3 to 4 weeks time.

I applied online and heard back two weeks later where I scheduled a phone screening. I thought it went well enough and I was told that my resume would be sent to the hiring manager for next steps. I instead saw my application be moved to the inactive section of my candidate profile. It's not a good look being lied to like that.

Interviewers very friendly. The interview process was smooth and all the steps were 3-4 days after each other. Soft skills questions as well as more technical questions. Role was not very clearly explained

I was called for a phone interview which happened, and then asked to come on-site for an in person interview. I was emailed times and responded confirming my availability, and then never received a response. I followed up via email and heard nothing at all.

Online video interview is the first step. The video interview starts with question prompts, relating to work, culture and background. That’s preliminarily before you were to be able to get a phone interview.

I got invited to do a Hirevue interview, the overall interview was 5 questions and pretty simple. Following completion- I never heard a thing. I emailed multiple times and they never said another word. I also was put in as a referral- horrible.

I was contacted on LinkedIn. Asked to apply, and interview. Had in person interview. I was told we have a role for you and would meet again for next round of interviews in a few days. Ghosted for 2 months, sent multiple emails for follow up, then got the thanks but no thanks email.

They use HireVue for the first round which is totally misguided and distasteful for senior level searches. I’m not a fan of one-sides video interviews in general, as they are an incredibly awkward construct and you are asking for a candidate’s unpaid time without asking for any of your recruiters’ paid time. But if you use them, it should be for entry level high-volume hires. How can you gauge what a mid to senior level hire is like based on one sided questions, no give and take or rapport, and them uncomfortably talking into a computer? It’s so insulting. I should have passed on it but I hate my current job enough that I did it. Then there were some annoying time consuming “games” that I imagine are to establish personality types and abstract reasoning, I guess since they haven’t invested the time to actually talk to candidates they need a machine to tell them what they are like. Anyone with any type of even minor learning disability would struggle with them, so that’s lovely. I don’t know who is running talent Acquisition there, but not someone I would want to work for. Not that they want me to, after investing all that time, they ghosted me. Horrible candidate experience.
