Round robin style of interview with about 6 different types of people for about 45 min each, all of whom are very nice. Mostly behavioral questions, nothing technical. I believe the reason I did not get offered the position was I did not act as enthusiastic as others when interviewing about what the position entailed. Factory tour, and pizza for lunch with about 5 other people who were also doing interviews.
