This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever gone through. Absolutely unprofessional HR.
So, I see this post on LinkedIn by the hiring manager and mail her (Starting September 2017). She has the HR send me a mail asking my availability. I tell her the dates available but she gives a date 1 week further and asks for the time suitable. I mail her my suitability and wait for the confirmation. No replies. I anyways prepare for the interview for the given date and receive no call. I mail the HR back and get a reply stating the interview was never confirmed. Again, gives me a date for an interview 2 weeks down the line (We are in late September now, its already been a month I had first contacted the hiring manager). 2 days before the interview date, she very conveniently mails the position is filled and the call has been cancelled.
I am glad I did not end up there as it for sure is not even remotely professional as an organisation.
