I applied online and was contacted by email the following day to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. I was contacted just a few days later for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Prior to this interview I was asked to complete an online assessment. The hiring manager was personable and made me feel very comfortable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The recruiter told me she would be in touch with me on a certain day and she was (I appreciated the follow-through).
