Got the email to schedule a 45 minute interview. I scheduled the interview and joined early on the day of interview. No one showed up for a good 20 minutes. I contacted the recruiter to clarify and they told me that the Interviewer joined and left since I was not present. They rescheduled the interview for the next day. I joined and the interview was least interested in taking the interview, completed everything within 15 mins and left

First, the team lead contacted me by phone, and after a short phone interview, I was sent a take-home test. The test was challenging and interesting, including logical questions based on a business challenge they provided + high-level SQL. After the take-home test, an in-person interview was scheduled at their offices for about an hour and a half. The interview was mostly a discussion about theoretical questions from PayPal's content. Afterward, I was ghosted. I didn’t receive a rejection email, and any attempts to contact the recruiter went unanswered. Overall, their handling of the process was very strange, and the impression I left with was one of disrespect and a lack of basic professionalism towards the candidate.
