Current interview process has completely changed from my experience. Resumes are from website submittals or references. Human Resources screens for resumes to fill needed positions which are forwarded to the managers who select candidates to interview. Phone interviews typically follow. Following phone screening, on site interview are scheduled for the candidate with manager or managers. Wonderlik test is also administered as a screening.
