J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Patient First
Entretien
They do a phone interview where they proceed to tell you for 45 mins all about the company. All this info is on the website so not sure why you need to listen for 45+ mins about this.
In person interview is another 45 mins about the company and its values and how it started. Then they make you do a written test.
Then you go to a center interview where they ask you questions about yourself.
Very big waste of time to have 3 part interview. I interviewed twice for two positions and didn't hear back until the 2nd time where I got the job.
The training process is an even bigger joke.

I was interviewed online first and then there was an in person interview. After that, I didn't hear back from anyone and its been several months. I did call them and ask about my status but still no clear response.

There was one brief phone call with an HR rep asking very basic questions and asking mostly about availability. There was then another interview with a different HR rep over a video call, asking more behavioral and situational questions. There may be a third in person portion of the interview (didn’t get that far yet). There was also a very basic medical knowledge assessment online.
