I originally applied to this job middle of July, interviewed by phone first, then a week later in person interview. A month goes by and I hear nothing. I email inquiring about my status, position was filled but I was referred to another interviewer for the same position, but different opening. Interviewed the next day, a Friday, references called the following Wednesday, and then job offer was made the following Tuesday!

There was a series of 3 interviews spread over 1-2 months. Each interviewer gave expectations of what to expect following the interview. The background check is not done until recommended after the interviews.
