They had laptops set up where applied electronically and uploaded references and my resume. Afterward I was interviewed by two Pathways employees. They told me that it would take approximately 1 week to get back to me with information about next steps, and, within 1.5 weeks, I received an email letting me know that they had decided to go with another candidate.
