One phone interview with manager. One video interview with manager's manager. The whole process took about 2 weeks. First I spoke with the manager (to be reported to). She explained to me the job scope and responsibilities. We talked about long/short term goals from a career perspective. She shared me information on the industry. Next, I had a skype interview with her and her manager (marketing director). We talked about my skills and qualifications, then they talked more about the current challenges in the industry.
