Interviewed by two Principal Consultants, Initially there was some confusion over whether I was being interviewed for Consultant or Principal Consultant. Decided to progress anyway and clarify later. General questions were asked about my experience, Both interviewers seemed to enjoy working there and said I would have feedback the following week. However I have heard nothing, even after chasing the hiring manager. Basically they ghosted me, which is just rude, NOT RECOMMENDED.

This interview method is highly effective as it involves team members from various parts of the departments. It’s a great way to get a feel for the company culture and the people you’ll be working with.
