J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 8 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oracle en mars 2013
Entretien
It started with the hiring manager asking me if I knew someone who might be able to do the skills that I actually had while at a conference. The problem was they actually didn't have the position available yet. It took them six months to open the rec. All of the interviews were over the phone (three) and all were with the hiring manager. I never had to talk to HR or anyone else.

The recruitment process was a labyrinthine affair, characterized by a multi-layered structure that stretched across a couple of months. Weeks would pass between leaving me in the dark. While the technical interviews were generally straightforward and objective, the process was further complicated by the inclusion of what appeared to be politically charged and psychologically probing interviews, albeit disguised under various euphemistic titles. These latter stages were subjective assessments, leaving me feeling vulnerable to the whims and biases of the interviewers. The lack of transparency and the prolonged periods of silence created a sense of unease, transforming what should have been an exciting opportunity in an established organization.

discribe one of your most challenging projects and the reasons.
The process was very straightforward and took 4 weeks from beginning to end. Recruiter was extremely helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Spoke with several folks from the development team, and also the marketing team leads.
