First phase was 1 hour phone interview during which you're asked basic question such as "why our company? what do you think makes you a good fit for the job? etc" Second phase was interview face-to-face with the manager and senior manager - again pretty standard questions for this position. 3rd phase was the most interesting as this was sales scene where you had to represent the business in telephone conversation with existing client. Conversation was based on materials received prior to interview (one clue - focus on the scope of telephone conversation !!! every other comment to be abandoned ;) ) Overall impression I'd say average despite visible effort that company / interviewers tried to make. In some moments it looked like they were focused more on themselves rather than the goal of the meetings.

The interview process was easy. As part of the Class Of program, Oracle hires college graduates from a select list of colleges and meeting a certain GPA. After submitting my application through my college career counselor / posting on my university's career website, I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to set up a Skype interview. After this, I was told that I would need to complete a background check and pending that, I was likely to receive an offer. Within a week I received an offer.

5 interviews, 3 by phone. They don't often hire from the outside so take advantage if they are talking to you. Negotiate hard for a good base because it's impossible to change once you are in! Phone screen then phone 1:1 with my manager then his manager then presentation given to 3 people in sales org.

5 interviews total - 2 by phone 3 in person. 1 PowerPoint presentation to local sales team prior to getting hired. recruiting required W2 proof of past earnings or past paycheck proof in order to get hired. Submission of a 30-60-90 day plan was requested as well as list of references (6) which were contacted.
