Poor. Phone screen rescheduled 5mins before time. At the new time recruiter realized I don't have Bachelors and company mandates it (and he understands that's not their best approach) so shuts down interview. Waste of my time and energy all the way around. If they say Bachelors required then this company means it. Stay away otherwise.
