Questions were mostly theoretical, with some questions about your personality, i.e. how do you handle stress? what makes a good leader? I went through 3 different interviews, and they were more difficult as they went on. They were very informative. Be sure to ask a lot of questions.

I applied online and was reached via email from HR. Next interviews were with department heads and the last interview was with the GM. The process took around 2 months. There were five interviews total. Everyone I talked to was very kind.
