Bon processus, le management prend le temps de bien décrire les taches et le processus est rapide. le passage par les ressources humaine permet de découvrir les valeurs de l'entreprise

The interview was with someone in HR via Skype, there were some questions asked and they were sent to the head department of HR and I received an offer letter of employment!

Did not like the text communication and texting interview on Skype. Would like to talk to someone about more detail on job. Seemed like AI interview. I am old school and do not mind technical interview, but would like to talk to the interviewer as well.

On facebook a post, then the person from the post told me that they could do the interview by Skype or telegram and a person contacted me by telegram and asked me several questions.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Om Pharma en avr. 2021
I had 2 rounds of interviews. The first one with HR (phone interview). The second one with the hiring manager (supposedly Skype interview). The Skype link did not work (anyways, who still uses Skype?) and the hiring manager had to call on my cellphone. The quality of the conversation was low. No structure to the interview, they did not present the role. The interview was in French because the hiring manager was French (uncapable of speaking another language). It’s now been 6+ months and still no news despite asking for some. I did not even receive the automatic negative response email. The process was bad and a real negative experience. Probably very bureaucratic and process driven company so not a big loss.
