Entretien
They call to you to know about your experience. Then they give you 3 questions about Java in a google Forms. I disliked the process because 3 questions are not enaugh to test your skills, and because the specific questions were bad, ask bad question get bad answers.

1. The first question was about Java access modifiers. 2. The second question was about which class is used in Spring Security for configuring authentication with a DataBase. The options they give you were JdbcSecurityImpl, DaoSecurityImpl, some others and ‘None’. 3. The third question was a bizarre question about ServletException with options than don’t make any sense
This is good feedback, thank you. We've passed it along to our Recruiting team to adjust our technical screening process of senior Java developers. It seems these 3 questions are an initial filter, vs. the technical interview, but we are reviewing them nonetheless to ensure a better experience for everyone.
Very long and not clear. I passed all required interviews ( practical and theorical ) but they asked for a college degree wich was not in the requirements. They make me waste my time with the interviews. They should be more serious about the times of the developers
