Ridiculous.. just to apply you must: agree to psychological / medical evaluations answer invasive financial questions disclose ethnicity with no opt out. (if you're not going to discriminate then you don't need to ask) give them ownership of all information used to apply. If they treat applicants like this then I don't want to work there.
