From initial recruiter discussion to 2nd round interview took 3 months, and never heard back. OMD should have better processes to inform candidates of their status and/or the status of the role, which seems to have been taken down and not filled.

It was great - I interviewed with two colleagues who were very helpful in describing the role, and its challenges. Very respectful and friendly. I also interviewed with the General Manager who was very direct and transparent.
