Panel interview. One from the recruitment department and another person is the hiring manager. Most of the time the recruitment manager is conducting the interview and asking questions, but occasionally, the hiring manager will ask some questions. The recruitment manager are friendly and nice.
straightforward, most of the interview questions was assessing whether you have the potential to sell, what have you learnt from previous jobs, what makes you think you can sell, and Q&A
Easy going interview, causal tone, more like a conversation to understand and size you.
Went through 2 rounds of interview 1 with district head another with the branch manager. HR interview more as a follow up.

Easy with the cluster manager and HR at OCBC center. Received an offer from them soon after. Very sales centric as they asked what motivates you. Applied via referral but this means that you will be assigned to the cluster that you have been referred from.
