Unfortunately Nova 401(k) communicates poorly internally and externally. Despite the negative reviews I’d read in multiple places, I’d decided to give them a shot, as negative reviews are sometimes written by disgruntled interviewees and miserable employees. First - a day after receipt of the confirmation email for my scheduled interview, I’d received an interview invitation from another hiring team member asking me to schedule my first interview. Considering the commentary about micromanagement and the emphasis on communication, you’d think that internal correspondence would be a priority. Second - The day of my interview, the hiring personnel cancelled due to placing another candidate, and failed to inform me until thirty minutes AFTER the scheduled interview. I’m left with no option but to believe the negative reviews of their operation. Don’t waste your time.
