Apply online, hear back in 2-3 weeks, phone interview, face-to-face interview, offer 4 weeks later or you get ghosted. There will be no follow up to let you know if you got the job or not and why. My interview went well from what the folks in the interview said, but I never heard anything back despite trying to contact them. It doesn’t seem like an equal opportunity experience.
